CAN I USE VANILLA PASTE INSTEAD OF VANILLA EXTRACT?

Yes, definitely. Our vanilla paste contains the same concentration of vanilla extractives as typical vanilla extract. Simply replace extract with vanilla paste. In a 'paste' the vanilla is on a glucose base. In an 'extract' it is in alcohol. Our paste is a non-alcoholic vanilla extract and is so easy to use. It's also ideal for baking as there's no alcohol to evaporate off and the vanilla seeds give the real vanilla look.
