HOW TO STORE VANILLA PODS

Vanilla pods  their flavour when they come into contact with air. This is the reason we originated the idea of vacuum packing. Our gourmet vanilla pods keep fresh for up to 2 years while vacuum packed. Once opened pods should be kept in an airtight container, resealed tightly, NOT in a fridge or freezer.
